Frequently Asked Questions

When will my credit/debit card be charged?
Your credit/debit card will not be charged immediately. After freight has been calculated, Redbone will finish processing your order by charging your credit/debit card.

Can I arrange my own freight?
Redbone is happy to ship items using customers UPS account numbers. If you’re located outside North America, we allow but do not recommend for customers to use their own forwarders due to possible complications. International freight is handled by case by case basis. Please contact olivia@redbonegames.com to discuss freight options.

How long will it take for my shipment to reach me?
If your item is in stock, UPS takes between 2-5 days to deliver nationwide. Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing.

Custom Orders:
If you have ordered a custom item, please allow 4-8 weeks for items to be shipped.

Am I eligible for a price break?
Discounts are offered to customers who make purchases in excess of $10,000.00. We do not discount products based off of order quantity.

Do I have to order a minimum?
Our minimums are based off the selling units of measure, i.e. Dozen (DZ), Each (EA), Gross (GR), and Hundreds (C).

Gross= 144
Hundred= 100
